This week in class we learned a lot about google and its products. We downloaded google chrome, which I have never used before but it was extremly easy to get the hang of, we also set up google plus accounts and learned about the layout of google drive. Another thing we did was learn about the acceptable uses of school computers such as not using sending spam emails or plagerizing other peoples works. We made role-plays where we would break one of the rules of acceptable uses of school computers. In some groups they downloaded files they shouldn't of and took test answers from the teachers computer. In my group we had Jacob steal a project Tyler made and presented it as his own. This would of been plagerism and it was extremly unethical. I'd say my biggest challenge was probably getting a computer to work for me as mine worked the first day then on the second day it had no internet! Today I used someone elses netbook but could not get google chrome to download. I think that technology is going to be a very exciting class this semester.
